CANDIDATE'S CREDENTIALS

Anyone wishing to be considered as a candidate by the Votealution Group, must attest to the following.

Are you now registered with any political party?                                                           Yes          No

If yes do you renounce that Party's Platform?                                                                Yes         No

While a member of the Votealution Group may be registered with a formal party;                    they must not be allowed to be considered for office.  You can not serve properly                         if torn between two ideologies.  We are looking for pure statesmen.

 
I understand the original Constitution and its original Intent.                                                Yes        No

I agree to serve a maximum of 2 terms in the office I am applying for.                               Yes        No

I agree to change any present laws which violate the Constitution.                                     Yes        No

I agree that all should live under the same rules and laws.                                                    Yes        No

I believe in total individual freedom, as long as the individual is law abiding and                               his actions do not affect others.                                                                                                Yes        No

I believe that minimal government is the best government.                                                     Yes      No

I believe that government authority should be built from the local up and not forced                        from the Federal level down.                                                                                                       Yes     No

I have read and fully believe and will support the Votealution Group's Platform.                    Yes    No

I am sure as the group forms and studies all these issues there will be changes made in many aspects of the program.  That is as it should be.  We are striving for a system that most can agree with, to offset the power of the current political parties. 

I know that some if not many will feel that this is a scary proposition; putting all new people in office who are not familiar with how to run the country.  However consider the only other alternative.  It would be much more painful to allow the power to be garnered into fewer fewer hands and the power to be taken away from the citizen; until the citizen must do as told to survive.  When that gets bad enough; history has told us, a Revolution will occur.  At that point you have a complete change in government and many have suffered hard and long for many years.  Is this not a better and shorter way to a change that will benefit the individual citizen and mankind for centuries?
